Fulfillment Policy for Mulberry Business Solutions

At Mulberry Business Solutions, we are committed to delivering our accounting and consulting services with accuracy, timeliness, and clarity. This Fulfillment Policy outlines what clients can expect when engaging with our offerings.

Service Delivery Timeline

  • For our VIP Accounting Overhaul in a Day, fulfillment is completed on the scheduled day of service, provided all required pre-work and documentation are submitted at least 48 hours in advance.

  • For Monthly Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting clients, services are fulfilled on a recurring basis as outline in the service agreement. Monthly reports are typically delivered by the 20th of the following month, barring delays due to missing documentation or client response.

  • Digital DIY Solutions (such as templates, dashboards, and checklists) are available for immediate download upon purchase unless otherwise specified.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and accurate service delivery, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing access to relevant financial records, systems, and software

  • Completing any required onboarding forms or pre-engagement checklists

  • Responding to requests for clarification or additional information in a timely manner

    Failure to do so may resulting delays in service delivery.

Revisions & Adjustments

If there are inaccuracies or concerns with a deliverable, clients may request revisions and can expect them to be complete within 7 business days of notification. We will work with you to ensure the final outcome meets the scope and expectations outlines in the engagement agreement.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the customized and time-intensive nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered once work has begun.

  • For VIP Overhauls, cancellations made more than 3 business days before the scheduled date may be rescheduled once without penalty.

  • Digital product purchases are non-refundable.

  • Monthly service contracts may be cancelled within 10 days of the beginning of a new month, as outline in the service contract.
